HAROLD WASHINGTION COLLEGE

Harold Washington College is seeking a full-time Student Experience Coordinator. Reporting to an assigned college administrator, the Coordinator, Student Experience supports the implementation and execution of the colleges student experience programs. The Coordinator works collaboratively with college and district stakeholders to enhance programs and services that support the academic and social transition of students. This position is instrumental in fostering a sense of belonging, promoting student engagement, and advancing efforts aimed at improving retention, success, and equity outcomes for new students. Performs related duties as required. Some evening and weekend work is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Assists in coordinating and executing college-wide programs for students, including orientation, success workshops, academic alerts, welcome events, and other activities that foster a sense of belonging.
