Position Highlights

The Student Transitions Coordinator supports the planning and execution of the Destination Arizona transition program along with the supervision and development of a large student staff team. The Coordinator will collaborate with campus partners, vendors, and internal teams to plan key program events such as the resource fair, program mixers, Wildcat Welcome, and additional Enrollment Management initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The Coordinator of Destination Arizona supports the planning, coordination, and execution of the university's transition program, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for incoming students and their families.
• Working closely with the Senior Coordinator, this role develops program timelines, logistics, and operational plans for on-campus programming, including check-in processes, communications, and large-scale events.
• The Coordinator collaborates with campus partners, departments, and external vendors to implement key program components such as the resource fair and other Destination Arizona events.
