Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Graduate, Online, Adult, and Transfer Enrollment Counselor serves as a dedicated resource for nontraditional student populations, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the admissions and enrollment process. This role assists graduate students, online learners, adult learners, and transfer students in navigating application requirements, financial aid options, academic pathways, and institutional resources to ensure a seamless transition to EKU.
This position plays a critical role in recruitment, student engagement, and persistence, helping prospective students overcome barriers and make informed decisions about their educational journey at EKU.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred in Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or Enrollment Management.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in higher education admissions, student recruitment, advising, or enrollment management. Experience working with graduate, online, transfer, or adult student populations preferred.
