Rocky Vista University is launching an exciting new College of Veterinary Medicine, and we are seeking forwardthinking staff who are eager to help build something extraordinary from the ground up. SALARY:
$23.25 - $27.50 per hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

RVU offers a full benefits package that includes 401(k), Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks (minimum) accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13 ½ paid holidays and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee’s contribution.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all Year 1 team-taught courses, ensuring alignment of content, assessments, and learning outcomes.
- Schedule and facilitate regular faculty meetings to promote collaboration and consistency.
- Build and maintain course sites on Canvas, including uploading materials, managing modules, and ensuring accessibility.
- Assist faculty with ExamSoft setup, question formatting, and exam deployment.
- Serve as a liaison between faculty, administration, and support staff.
- Track and communicate important course deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide logistical support for in-class and online activities.
- Monitor student feedback and collaborate with faculty to implement improvements.
