The Inclusion Initiative (TII) is an interdisciplinary hub that leverages behavioural science to promote inclusive workplaces. TII brings together academics and industry partners to exchange ideas, develop new insights, and build evidence-based programmes in inclusive leadership.

This Course Tutor position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about advancing inclusive leadership through education and external engagement. The post holder will work closely with Dr Grace Lordan to support the delivery of both her and TII courses and programmes on inclusive leadership – including (but not limited to) an MSc course (PB453 and PB453E Corporate Behaviour and Decision Making), an eight-week Inclusive Leadership online certificate course and the one-week executive programme “Creating Inclusive Organisations”. They will also co-deliver the LSE-UP International Programme on leadership and innovation and help organise tailored learning sessions for corporate sponsors affiliated with TII. Finally, they will submit proposals to acquire new teaching activities for TII. Through these activities, the Course Tutor will play a key role in translating cutting-edge behavioural science research on diversity and inclusion into practical, high-impact learning experiences for students and professionals.
