Deliver care in outpatient, inpatient, and operating-room
settings.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary cleft and
craniofacial team, plastic surgeons, speech pathologists, pediatric
specialists, and other providers.
Establish and maintain an orthodontic practice within the
University of Utah Health system.
Participate in education, team conferences, and outreach to
offsite satellite clinics in the Salt Lake Valley.
Qualifications Required:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthodontics and
Dentofacial Orthopedics
- DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree
- Completion of a 12-month university-based craniofacial
orthodontic fellowship (hospital-based preferred)
- Utah State Dental License
- Ability to obtain credentials with the University of Utah and
Primary Children's Hospital
