Job Summary:
MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) is seeking a competent self-starter as a CRM Manager who supports the effective operation, maintenance, and user experience of MidAmerica Nazarene University’s Slate CRM admissions system. Reporting to the Senior Data Administrator, this position plays a key role in ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and high-quality communications that support recruitment, admissions, and student engagement. The role is hybrid, combining on-campus collaboration with remote work flexibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Slate CRM forms, events, queries, rules, and communication flows.
- Monitor CRM processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with institutional enrollment goals.
- Provide day-to-day support for Slate users, including troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
- Assist with data imports, exports, and integration checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Conduct routine data audits and quality checks to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Build and schedule email and text communications within Slate Deliver, ensuring brand alignment and accuracy.
- Support event management workflows, including registration forms, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Assist with the creation of dashboards, reports, and queries for Enrollment, Marketing, and Student Success teams.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and documentation of new CRM features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with campus partners to understand operational needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of CRM processes, configurations, and user guides.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Slate or another CRM platform.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to learn technical tools quickly and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation and collaborative working style
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Slate tools such as Queries, Reports, Rules, Deliver, Forms, and Events.
- Familiarity with HTML, or basic SQL.
- Experience supporting admissions and enrollment operations.
- Prior experience in data management, process coordination, or CRM administration.
Work Environment and Schedule
- Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of on-campus and remote work.
- Regular interaction with Admissions, Enrollment, and Marketing teams in a collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
