Job Summary

This full-time role provides administrative program support to the Associate Dean for Curricular Innovation, focusing on curricular program development and oversight for online MSL program, CS+Law major, and other potential Illinois Launchpad expansions

Duties & Responsibilities

• Program Administration and Planning: coordinate operational projects and meetings, monitor workflows, plan and monitor budget, process financial transactions, participate in setting objectives, collect information, collaborate on new programs, track documents
• Academics: maintain calendar, coordinate with faculty and staff, coordinate class schedules and registration, serve as liaison
• Support: ad-hoc tasks, other duties as assigned

Occasional evening and weekend work, and some travel within Illinois will be required.
