Works in conjunction with course directors and phase directors
to ensure student completion of all relevant clerkship goals,
objectives, and requirements.
Coordinates course sessions by scheduling dates, rooms, and
faculty; monitors attendance and reports absences, if
applicable.
Oversees and coordinates student information on the Canvas
site, ensuring the upload of all relevant course materials, reading
assignments, objectives, announcements etc. provided by faculty and
course directors; acts as liaison between course directors,
faculty, and students to ensure effective communication and
understanding of requirements.
Ensures accurate posting of grades; generates exam reports to
measure student and question performance for course directors.
Tracks and collects evaluations from facilitators and/or
preceptors; communicates changes to evaluation process and ensures
timely collection, accuracy, and filing of evaluation forms; enters
grades in system and corrects discrepancies.
Coordinates materials for faculty development sessions
meetings, including developing agendas and minutes. Schedules
virtual or in-person meetings (with reservation of rooms as
indicated).
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalency (one year of
education can be substituted for two years of related work
experience), plus one year of directly related experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make
decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and
organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are
also required.
