These lectures will be part of the Engineering management curriculum. This position is intended to be completed in approximately two months. Required Qualifications: - PhD in Economics, Finance, with an undergraduate in Engineering as a minimum - Extensive knowledge of finances for startups, loans, or management budgets for projects - High-level organizational skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency in required programs - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both written and oral form - Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned projects - Demonstrated experience teaching and working in and fostering an environment of respect, professionalism, and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from various backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as an adjunct at VCU Preferred Qualifications: - Ph.D. degree in Engineering Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
