We’re seeking a proactive and organised Project Assistant to support the delivery of the University-wide Curriculum Shape project — a strategic initiative to redesign and revalidate all programmes in alignment with the new Greenwich Curriculum Framework.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of project operations, supporting workshops, coordinating communications, and helping the team meet key milestones.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing operational and administrative support across project workstreams.
- Scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organising events.
- Supporting curriculum designers and academic leads with workshop logistics.
- Triaging and responding to queries from programme teams.
- Assisting with project reporting, evaluation, and resource development.
You’ll bring:
- Experience supporting complex projects and organising events.
- Strong administrative and digital skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A collaborative, flexible, and solutions-focused approach.
