4. Dusts the third floor once a week.

5. Does general housekeeping work in the garage apartment twice per week.

6. Recommends the purchase of housekeeping-related supplies.

7. Performs other job-related duties as required.

Education: Requires the ability to read, write and follow simple oral instructions as might normally be acquired through 8 years of formal schooling.

Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.
