- Utilizes basic equipment and supplies to clean assigned
facility areas and remove waste and recyclables
- Monitors and secures facility interior and exterior entrances
and reports issues to appropriate entities
- Maintains organization of supply areas and equipment, documents
inventory, and requests additional supplies as needed

$16.32 an hour
Required Qualifications:
- General knowledge of cleaning
- Ability to move furniture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience in a college or university
setting.
- Documented experience using scrubbing machines
- Documented experiencing using buffing machines
- Documented experience using carpet cleaning machines
- Possess a valid Wisconsin Driver's license (or other such valid
operator's permit recognized by the Wisconsin Department of
Transportation) and be able to meet or exceed the minimum
requirements for driving on state business as detailed here:

- Availability to be on-call (generally scheduled in
advance).
- High school diploma or equivalent

Facilities Planning and Management Department within the previous
six months, will not go through a new interview process. Their

previous interview results are being reviewed and the eventual
outcome of the selection process.
In instances where the Search and Screen Committee is unable to

Affairs is required to conduct Post-Offer Pre-Employment screenings
on the selected candidate for this role. Employment is contingent
upon successfully passing the screening.
