Customer Service Representative

Job Details

Florida Institute of Technology is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative for The Scott Center for Autism Treatment. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Warmly greet and provide information to visitors, staff, students and clients.
  • Answers main phone line and provide basic information and respond to general inquiry emails.
  • Log communications using systems, for new and existing Diagnostic Clinic and Early Intervention clients.
  • Assist in managing prospective client applications, ensuring all relevant documents are provided.
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming client appointments.
  • Process record requests and referrals.
  • Collect and process client payments.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Skills required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service background preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • MS Office proficient.
