Customer Service Representative
Job Details
Florida Institute of Technology is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative for The Scott Center for Autism Treatment. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Warmly greet and provide information to visitors, staff, students and clients.
- Answers main phone line and provide basic information and respond to general inquiry emails.
- Log communications using systems, for new and existing Diagnostic Clinic and Early Intervention clients.
- Assist in managing prospective client applications, ensuring all relevant documents are provided.
- Assist in scheduling and confirming client appointments.
- Process record requests and referrals.
- Collect and process client payments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education/Skills required:
- High School Diploma
- Customer Service background preferred but not required.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- MS Office proficient.
