Customer Services Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Front of House Team at Health Services Library situated within Southampton General Hospital as a Customer Services Assistant. The successful candidate will deliver a high quality and professional customer service to everyone who interacts with any of our Library services. You will form part of the University Library Enquiries team where you will answer customer queries in person, over the phone and in an online environment. You will be expected to move between sites if required.
Salary is between £25,249 to £26,707 pro rata per annum. As the successful candidate you will be entitled to 20 days annual leave per year (pro rata) plus University Closure Days, a contributory pension scheme and a structured training program are also some of the benefits of this role.
Candidates who are invited to interview will be asked to undertake a short IT and comprehension task as part of the interview process.
This position is being offered on a part-time (26 hours per week), permanent basis.
The following shift pattern is available:
- Monday – Thursday 13:45-20:15
