We are currently seeking a Customer Support Clerk to join our team in our Bangor, PA office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service, administration, or tax support, with paid training and hands-on support!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Customer Support Clerk, you will serve as a point of contact for taxpayers and clients! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- In-Person Assistance: Provide face-to-face support by answering questions, assisting with account-related concerns, and helping ensure accounts remain accurate and in good standing.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming phone calls, responding to questions and providing assistance related to tax accounts, payments, and general inquiries.
- Tax Form Processing: Process tax forms accurately and post payments to the appropriate accounts.
- Account Maintenance: Assist with reviewing, reconciling, and updating accounts based on information received from taxpayers, employers, clients, and other sources.
DETAILS + WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Start date: ASAP!
- Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Location: On-site in our Bangor, PA office
- Initial training: Approx. 6 months in-office
- Flexibility: After initial training, the role transitions to hybrid (office/home), however, additional in-office training rotations will be required (6-8 weeks at a time)

Requirements
