Full-time appointment on a fixed-term basis until December 24, 2027.

Base salary range: $77,205 – $82,011 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Safety and Operations, you will provide practical and administrative assistance to support the safe day-to-day operation of the Crawley Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Substances Store.

You will assist with receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing and distributing chemicals and other goods in accordance with established procedures. You will also support stock control, record keeping, housekeeping, waste handling and routine safety checks within the facility.

This position will work closely with other Dangerous Goods Store staff and provide helpful and responsive service to academics, technical staff, students, suppliers and delivery personnel.
