Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Data Analyst to join the Application Integration Platform team in Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

Application Integration Platform is Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions strategic integration solution. The team works with the Azure Platform, managing event driven integrations between many systems, with a preference for APIs.

Ō pūmanawa - About you

We are looking for a candidate with the knowledge, experience, and aptitude to provide high quality data analysis to our Application Integration Platform team.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Exposure to customer centric support and analysis.
• Ability to effectively capture, analyse and document data driven requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with user groups, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to build highly effective relationships with team colleagues and stakeholders.
• Competent user of the MS O365 suite of products.
• Exposure to integrations and data analysis.
• Desire to learn JSON, NoSQL, SQL, and JSON Schema.
• Desire to learn tools such as Jira, SharePoint Wiki, Postman, Azure components (e.g. Logic Apps, APIM, Cosmos), Hackolade, Dataedo, and Oracle DBs.
