Minimum Qualifications
Education – A college degree or four to eight years of work experience in a related field.
Employment – Four to eight years of work experience in a related field. (Equivalent combination of education and employment).
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Raiser's Edge/NXT Database or other development database experience (3-5 Years of experience).
Experience with data processing in a non-profit/high education setting.
Experience maintaining CRM data, creating reports, and analyzing data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook required Data Entry
Polite customer service skills
Good Communication (oral/written), and organizational skills
Ability to work in a diverse setting (including University community/donors)
Ability to work under deadline pressure with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Physical Requirements
Job may require lifting light weight objects (1 to 10 pounds) with no repetitive bending or stooping. Occasionally lift average weight objects (1 to 10 pounds).
