"Data Manager for Data-Driven Burn Care Netherlands"

Job Summary: As a data manager with experience in data analysis in burn care, you are the central figure in managing, analyzing, and interpreting data for the value-driven care framework and scientific research across the three Dutch burn centers. Your role ensures data leads to better care for burn patients.

Responsibilities: Develop and validate standardized data analyses; create a user-friendly dashboard with relevant outcomes and quality indicators; translate data into actionable insights for clinical use; collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, researchers, and patients; maintain and further develop the value-driven care dashboard; contribute to a national research platform; ensure adherence to FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable); work in an environment involving severe injuries and complex cases.

Qualifications and Requirements: Enthusiastic and communicative data manager with at least 2 years of experience; scientific experience and/or experience in data analysis; enjoyment in working with data and applying it in collaboration with healthcare providers and researchers; familiarity with tools such as Python, R, SPSS, Power BI, or willingness to learn; experience with research data management, FAIR principles, and privacy legislation (GDPR) is preferred; contribute to improving burn care through the value-driven care framework.
