Austin College seeks an experienced, data-savvy, and relationships-driven leader to serve as its next Dean of Admission. The Dean of Admission will work in partnership with the Vice President for Institutional Enrollment, admission and financial aid teams, and campus partners to help the institution achieve its enrollment goals.

The Dean will lead an admission operation that has a student-centered and personalized approach to recruitment. In addition to providing organizational leadership, and professional mentorship to the highly dedicated staff within the Office of Admission, the Dean will report to the Vice President for Institutional Enrollment, and be a part a collaborative enrollment leadership team. Within the division of Institutional Enrollment, the Dean of Admission leads a team of 10 professionals. The Dean serves on the enrollment division’s leadership team with the Director of Financial Aid, and Director of Enrollment Systems, and is an important partner in guiding Austin College’s enrollment strategy. In collaboration with the Vice President, the Dean will work to shape the development of communication outreach, recruitment tactics, and campus visit strategies; lead intentional access initiatives; shape admission policies and procedures; and manage the day-to-day operations of the admissions office.
