Located in one of the nation's fastest-growing regions, Campbell combines the close relationships and mission-driven culture of a private university with direct access to Raleigh, Research Triangle Park, leading healthcare systems, Fortune 500 employers, entrepreneurial ventures, and one of America's strongest innovation economies.
The Lundy-Fetterman School of Business is distinguished by nationally recognized programs, including the nation's first undergraduate Trust & Wealth Management program and one of only sixteen PGA Golf Management programs in the country. Students benefit from personalized faculty engagement, meaningful experiential learning, strong employer connections, and a culture where leadership development and service are central to the educational experience.
The next Dean will inherit a strong foundation while helping shape the School's next chapter. This leader will provide strategic direction for academic programs, faculty, enrollment growth, fundraising, external partnerships, workforce engagement, and innovation while serving as the chief advocate for the School across the university, business community, and region.
Campbell is seeking a collaborative, entrepreneurial leader who values relationships, communicates effectively with diverse constituencies, and possesses the vision and execution skills necessary to elevate an already respected business school to even greater prominence.
This is an opportunity to lead within a university where mission still matters, students remain the highest priority, and leadership has the ability to make a visible and lasting difference.
