Dean of Enrollment and Student Success
Missouri Valley College invites applications for the position of Dean of Enrollment & Student Success, a strategic leadership role responsible for advancing the College’s enrollment growth, student persistence, and completion outcomes. Working collaboratively across academic and administrative units, the Dean will develop data-informed initiatives that strengthen the student experience from first contact through graduation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit administration, marketing, student affairs, business administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five years experience in admissions/enrollment, student success, or related areas in higher education; experience in a director or assistant director role required.
- Demonstrated success in improving enrollment outcomes, retention, or student completion.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform strategy and decision making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, student information systems, and predictive analytics tools.
- Experience in higher education marketing, career development, and enrollment initiatives.

- Develop and implement data-informed enrollment strategies that increase recruitment, retention, and graduation rates.
- Oversee the student lifecycle from prospect to graduate, ensuring a coordinated and supportive student experience.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to align recruitment, academic programs, and student support services.
- Utilize CRM systems, enrollment analytics, and predictive data to guide decision-making and improve performance.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and employers to strengthen recruitment pipelines and career pathways.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff across enrollment and student success units while promoting a culture of service and student-centered support.
