Mesa Community College is currently seeking a Dean of Health Sciences to provide leadership and vision for academic programs, faculty, staff, and academic support within the assigned division, including but not limited to: Nursing, Health Sciences, and Counseling. The Dean works collaboratively with academic and student affairs colleagues, department chairs, faculty, and staff; and ensures alignment with MCC’s mission, values, and strategic goals. The Dean supports community and industry partnerships and actively engages with external partners to increase opportunities for students and to respond to community needs for programming.The ideal candidate is an experienced academic leader who demonstrates exemplary communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
