Reporting to the President at GSC, the Dean will cultivate a collaborative, high-performing environment that supports excellence in teaching, service, and practice, while strengthening partnerships with health systems and community organizations. The role is an opportunity to shape an evolving hospital‑embedded model of health‑sciences education that directly advances regional workforce needs and the College’s Catholic mission.

Qualified candidates will hold a doctorate and have significant experience in healthcare leadership, education, and practice. Experience and knowledge in allied health clinical settings is preferred.
