Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the football program
- Support coaches during practice and perform assigned game day responsibilities
- Assist the Video Coordinator with filming, uploading, and organization practice and game footage
- Complete the opponent film breakdowns and maintain video databases
- Assist the defensive coaching staff with opponent scouting and game planning
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the coaching staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Organizational skills; ability to multi-task/manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, strategic-thinking skills; willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proven ability to work autonomously, collaboratively, and within a team structure
- Proficiency in office software systems such as: MS Word, Office, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Desired candidate will have outstanding verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and other athletics staff.
