Job Summary

The DegreeWorks Analyst supports the accuracy, usability, and effectiveness of the DegreeWorks degree audit system through data analysis, training, documentation, and curriculum impact review. This position ensures that academic departments and advisors have the information they need to maintain accurate curriculum... Completes other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards and performs all compliance-related tasks as required.

Responsibilities

The duties include, but are not limited to:

• CURRICULUM IMPACT REVIEW & COORDINATION: Review proposed curriculum revisions in Curriculog... Provide departments with data-driven insights to support curriculum improvements...
• DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING: Analyze course substitution trends... Use DegreeWorks and SIS data to support student success...
• TRAINING, DOCUMENTATION & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Develop, maintain... Provide regular training sessions...
• COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER SUPPORT: Collaborate with advising...
• OTHER: Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of experience at a regionally accredited higher education institution or relevant work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience performing registrar functions preferred. Experience with using DegreeWorks or similar application preferred... Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills...

Shift/Salary/Benefits
