The Role
Synapse Solutions is looking for a confident and professional Demo Presenter – Urdu to present and explain our software solutions to business clients in Pakistan.
You will conduct live online product demonstrations in Urdu, understand client requirements, explain how our solutions can support their business, and answer questions during online meetings.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in sales, business development, customer support, teaching, presentations, or other client-facing roles.
What You'll Do
• Conduct live product demonstrations for clients in Urdu.
• Present and explain our software solutions clearly according to client requirements.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products.
• Understand client requirements and explain the most relevant solution.
• Answer client questions professionally during online demonstrations.
• Follow the provided demo guide while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style during video calls.
• Share client feedback, questions, and common requirements with the team.
What We're Looking For
• Fluent spoken Urdu with good English communication skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business clients through online video calls.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use online meeting platforms.
• A laptop/PC with a stable internet connection.
• Experience in sales, business development, customer support, teaching, software demonstrations, or another client-facing role is an advantage.
• Candidates currently studying or who have completed studies in Business Administration, IT for Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
