The typical work schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Provide positive and professional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and with frequent interruptions. Greet and check in students/visitors for appointments and walk-in visits. Answer and/or re-direct basic inquiries from internal and external customers either via phone calls, email or in person. Perform various office clerical duties including filing, typing, scanning, receiving/distributing bookstore orders, sorting/distributing mail, etc. Assist with troubleshooting and providing support with events including audio visual and presentation needs. Perform other related work duties and responsibilities as assigned.
