Responsibilities
The Department is searching for highly qualified applicants for positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor ranks. Applicants must have a strong research background and possess a balanced perspective concerning research, teaching and engagement with the accounting profession. The positions are open to all areas of accounting, but special consideration will be given to those with a teaching and research focus in corporate governance and sustainability, auditing and assurance.
Applicants Should
- possess a PhD degree, a professional certification (CPA, CMA etc.) is strongly preferred;
- have a strong research and publication record;
- have a proven record of effective and innovative teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels; and
- preferably have proficiency in data analytics and accounting technologies.
