Human Resources Office – Senior Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Officer (Ref: SHRO/HRO (HRO) 2026-06-18)
Responsibilities
- work closely with designated academic departments/administrative offices to provide HR service and solution, such as recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, staff relations; and
- assist in different functions/projects such as staff training and development programmes, employee engagement activities etc.
Applicants Should
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree in related discipline;
- have at least 5 years of work experience in the human resources profession, preferably in tertiary education sector;
- have hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: talent acquisition/ staff development/ staff relations/ performance management/ compensation and benefits;
- have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment as Human Resources Officer.
