About you You are an organised and compassionate professional with strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners at all levels. You work confidently both independently and as part of a team, managing records accurately and maintaining a high level of organisation in a busy environment. With experience supporting vulnerable young people and a sound understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, you are committed to promoting student safety, well-being, and inclusion. You bring a student-focused approach, gained through experience in service-oriented environments, and demonstrate empathy and cultural awareness when working with students from diverse social, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. You have experience of teamwork and an understanding of the further education sector, alongside the required qualifications in mental health support, or a clear commitment to working towards them.
