interdisciplinary team of clinicians and research scientists in the area of immunology, autoimmune disease, biochemistry, and genomics to carry out experiments and analyze data to ultimately undercover fundamental mechanisms driving human pathology. Required Qualifications: Terminal degree (or equivalent degree) or ten or more years of research experience to be appointed at the Full rank. Preferred Qualifications: Molecular biology skills, including cloning, primer design, PCR, mammalian cell culture. Basic microbiology skills. Basic linux command line knowledge. Next generation sequencing library construction and quality control, NGS sequence analysis on linux systems, python, and statistical analysis knowledge. Protein expression and purification biochemistry. Immunoassay development, including ELISA, Luminex, RLBA, and others. Academic scholarly excellence including peer reviewed publications.
