The Developmental Men's Basketball Coach program is designed to
provide aspiring coaches with comprehensive, hands-on experience in
a Division I Men's Basketball environment.
Job Description:
The Developmental Men’s Basketball Coach program is designed to
provide aspiring coaches with comprehensive, hands-on experience in
a Division I men’s basketball environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the coaching staff with the planning, organization, and
implementation of individual and team development activities.
Participate in on-court instruction, skill development,
position-specific work, and team concepts as directed by the
coaching staff.
Assist with practice preparation, including drills, equipment,
player assignments, practice plans, and facility setup.
Observe practices, workouts, games, and team activities to
develop an understanding of Division I coaching methodology.
Provide feedback and observations to the coaching staff
regarding player development, team execution, and areas of
improvement.
