Developmental Coach

Opponent Advance: Aid in upcoming opponents' film to identify tendencies, formations, and weaknesses.

Self-Scouting: Periodic breakdown of own film to identify potential advantages, weaknesses, and performance trends.

Data Analysis: Create reports, graphs and charts and statistical profiles to inform strategy.

Practice/Game Support: Assist with practice planning and in-game logistics, including charting, organization, game strategy, and verbal communication with coaching staff.

Recruiting: Assist with talent evaluation and recruiting research.

Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
