Clinical work:

• Hemodialysis treatment of chronic and acute patients
• Working with medical technology and nursing care
• Building long-term relationships with patients
• Person-centred care approach
• Supporting patients' self-care abilities

Work environment:

• Highly specialised outpatient clinic with 16 treatment stations
• Teamwork with nurses and assistant nurses
• 8-week comprehensive introduction with experienced supervisor
• Continued mentorship after introduction
• Stimulating work environment combining technology and care
