EDHEC Quantum Institute is recruiting a Digital Marketing And Communication Manager M/F.
Main tasks
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the communication and visibility strategy of the EDHEC Quantum Institute. This role involves designing and implementing promotional campaigns, ensuring media presence, and enhancing the Institute’s reputation at both national and international levels. The Marketing Manager also oversees internal communication and coordinates with various school departments involved in the Institute’s projects (communication, finance, programs, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the marketing and communication strategy.
- Increase the Institute’s visibility in both specialized and mainstream media.
- Manage social media presence and digital platforms.
- Organize and coordinate conferences, seminars, festivals, and other public events.
- Produce communication materials: press releases, articles, videos, etc.
- Work closely with academic teams and institutional partners to showcase key initiatives.
- Ensure administrative management of the department.
- Supervise the design and production of course materials.
- Manage logistics and speaker follow-up for the EAME program.
- Contact and coordinate speakers for EDHEC Quantum Institute conferences.
Profile
- Degree in communication, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in scientific or technological communication
- Knowledge of quantum technologies or deep tech is a plus
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex and international projects
