Provide support to the printing team with finishes to products
requested by customers.
Assist in the Post Center with shipping, receiving, and
over-all customer service when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Valid driver’s
license also required.
- Associate degree, technical certification, or post-secondary
training in Graphic Arts, Digital Publishing, or Print Production
preferred.
Experience
- Demonstrated track record of providing high-quality,
customer-facing service in a fast-paced environment required.
- Experience in print production, commercial finishing/cutting,
and graphic arts preferred, or willingness and ability to learn on
the job.
- Some graphic design work a plus.
Skills and Knowledge
- Commitment to equity and inclusion, and serving the needs of a
culturally and educationally diverse community.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator,
Photoshop, Acrobat) and Enfocus PitStop. Working knowledge of
Google Workspace a plus.
- Ability to step into on-call shifts on short notice and rapidly
jump into active production workflows with minimal
supervision.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and task-tracking
abilities.
