We are seeking an experienced Digital Production Advisor to join our Brand and Creative team on a fixed-term basis from June to December 2026.
In this role, you will produce high-quality video, photography and digital content that supports the University’s marketing strategy and enhances our brand reputation. You’ll contribute across the full production lifecycle—from concept development and filming through to editing and delivery, all while supporting broader design and creative outputs.
Working closely with stakeholders across the University, you will help ensure all visual content aligns with our brand standards and effectively engages diverse audiences, including prospective and current students.
Salary will be in the range of $87,624 to $100,214 per year prorated, based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.

Ko wai koe? – Who are you?
You are a creative and technically skilled digital production professional with a passion for storytelling through video and visual media.
You will bring:
- At least 4 years’ experience in video production, including filming and editing
- Strong capability across Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms
- Excellent planning, organisation and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with a range of stakeholders
- A relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience
You will also demonstrate an understanding of, and commitment to, the University’s partnership with Māori and an appreciation of Māori and Pacific cultures. A current full driver’s licence is required.
