Dining Service Supply Associate (5:30am- 2:00pm, M-F)

The Dining Service Supply Associate is a vital role within the Dining Service team.

As a Dining Service Supply Associate, you will:

• Order food, paper, chemical, and other supplies per procedures
• Track inventory (daily, monthly, annually)
• Maintain stock levels and restock as needed
• Receive, inspect, and store deliveries properly
• Operate delivery vehicle as needed
• Complete other assigned tasks

This position is considered essential.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in supply, distribution, or inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs required.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and programs.
• Effective communicator; team-oriented and adaptable.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet University driver eligibility requirement.
• Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain upon hire required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food industry supply, distribution or inventory work experience preferred.
