Minimum Required Qualifications: High School Diploma plus three years of food preparation experience and mastery of all dining/kitchen tasks and attributes. Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary. Flexibility, ability to communicate and being a team player essential. Must have the ability to train and lead others. Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required.
