- Providing compassionate personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Supporting individuals with personal hygiene needs
- Administering medications as directed by medical professionals
- Attending community outings and events to encourage involvement and connection
- Understanding and following each individual’s unique support plans and needs
