We're hiring for a consistent daytime schedule at our locations in Northwest Indiana.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll help individuals with their daily routines while encouraging independence, personal choice, and community involvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building positive relationships through conversation, activities, and shared experiences

• Supporting daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and household routines

• Encouraging independence and helping individuals work toward their personal goals

• Assisting with medication administration according to training and company procedures

• Supporting community outings, appointments, and recreational activities

• Following individualized support plans and safety procedures

• Completing accurate and timely service documentation

• Communicating important updates and concerns to supervisors

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, caring, proactive, and committed to providing quality support .

Experience is welcome, but not required! If you're new to the field and passionate about making a difference, we'll provide the training you need to get started.

Successful candidates will have:

• A genuine interest in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

• A positive, respectful, and person-centered approach

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the required schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays

• Willingness to learn, complete required training, and follow support plans, company policies, and safety procedures

• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and regulatory screenings

Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, home health, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
