About this role
Job responsibilities and duties include:
- Enterprise Data Architecture & Engineering: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance data pipelines using platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Apache Kafka, incorporating Agentic AI for autonomous orchestration, adaptive processing, and intelligent workflow optimization.
- Data Integration & Quality Management: Oversee ingestion and transformation of structured and unstructured data across enterprise ecosystems, leveraging AI agents for automated data discovery, schema mapping, and proactive data quality remediation.
- Platform Modernization & Cloud Migration: Drive large-scale migrations from legacy systems such as Teradata, IBM Db2, Oracle Database, and Informatica PowerCenter to modern cloud-native architectures, delivering reusable migration frameworks, accelerators, and automated validation utilities.
- Performance Optimization & Reliability Engineering: Enhance platform scalability, cost efficiency, and resilience through predictive resource management, automated tuning, anomaly detection, and intelligent system health monitoring.
- Technical Leadership & AI Enablement: Mentor cross-functional teams, enforce architectural best practices, and champion adoption of Agentic AI frameworks, reusable design patterns, and engineering standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Alignment: Collaborate with business and analytics leaders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, utilizing AI-assisted analysis and intelligent recommendations to accelerate delivery and improve business alignment.
- Automation, Governance & Security: Implement automated monitoring, incident response, and self-healing workflows while ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards through AI-driven policy enforcement and continuous compliance monitoring.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or any related field of study, plus at least eighteen (18) months of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s).
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:

Work from home (WFH) benefit available. This position requires 5% local overnight travel to complete the duties.
