Job Duties
- Coordinate operational processes that support student success throughout the clinical curriculum
- Monitor student progression, curriculum completion, remediation, and readiness for graduation in collaboration with Clinical Deans and student support personnel
- Coordinate operational workflows related to COMAT, COMSAE, COMLEX Level 2 readiness, board preparation activities, and examination eligibility
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking systems supporting student success, board performance, curriculum implementation, and operational effectiveness
- Coordinate implementation of approved curricular and operational decisions across all campuses
- Serve as the primary operational liaison among Clinical Deans, Clinical Assessment personnel, Clinical Skills Workshop staff, rotation coordinators, examination services, the Registrar, Student Affairs, and Academic Support
- Monitor educational technology platforms supporting the clinical curriculum and coordinate implementation, training, vendor relationships, and process improvements
- Identify operational gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous quality improvement while avoiding duplication of existing staff responsibilities
- Support COCA accreditation activities, data requests, self-study preparation, and documentation
- Prepare reports, recommendations, and analyses for institutional leadership
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies
- Provide leadership for assigned staff and other duties as assigned
