Job Summary
The Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the university's Fraternity and Sorority Life program. This role is responsible for setting vision and direction, ensuring consistency across councils, supervising staff, overseeing risk management and compliance, and strengthening assessment and documentation practices. The Director also serves as a key liaison to campus leadership, alumni, and national organizations while guiding program growth, culture, and student engagement in alignment with institutional goals.

Required Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of work experience in higher education or related field, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and five years of work experience in higher education or related field.
