The National Research Authority organizes a competition for the position of Director General at the National Institute for Research and Development for Industrial Ecology - ECOIND Bucharest, in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision no. 743/2026 on the approval of the Competition Methodology for the position of Director General at the National Research and Development Institutes, published in the Official Gazette no. 804 of 22 September 2026, Part I.
The National Institute for Research and Development for Industrial Ecology - ECOIND Bucharest is headquartered in Bucharest, 57-73 Drumul Podu Dâmboviței Street, Sector 6.
The field/object of activity is in the field of environmental protection, namely the control and evaluation of industrial pollution, treatment and depollution technologies, as well as environmental management in industry, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Decision no. 261/1999 on the establishment of the National Institute for Research and Development for Industrial Ecology - ECOIND, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I no. 164 of April 19, 1999, with subsequent amendments and completions.
Candidates must cumulatively meet the conditions for participation in the competition provided for in art. 17^2 para. (1) of Law no. 183/2024 on the status of research, development and innovation personnel, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
The documents required for registration for the competition are those provided for in art. 9 of the annex to the Government Decision no. 743/2026 on the approval of the Competition Methodology for the position of Director General at the National Research and Development Institutes.
