We are seeking to appoint a Director of Access who will have responsibility for strategic leadership and development of the Maynooth Access Programme. The Director of Access will be a senior university leader with responsibility for developing, and implementing a sustainable widening participation approach mainstreamed institutionally, and supporting policy development nationally, with the objective of supporting the access, retention and progression of identified National Access Plan (NAP) target groups in higher education.
