The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Director of Alumni Relations. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Director of Alumni Relations will report to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and will have responsibility for ensuring the university's Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity, while assisting in advancing the university's efforts to implement the new mission statement and strategic plan.
The successful candidate is a mission-driven relationship builder who is passionate about fostering lifelong connections between alumni and the University of Saint Francis. This individual is a strategic and collaborative leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of engaging diverse constituencies through meaningful programs, volunteer opportunities, and events that strengthen alumni affinity and advance the university's goals.
The successful candidate demonstrates integrity, optimism, professionalism, and a deep appreciation for the Catholic values of the institution while possessing the initiative, creativity, and interpersonal skills necessary to inspire alumni involvement, cultivate future philanthropic support, and build a vibrant, engaged alumni community both locally and nationally. The new Director of Alumni Relations is expected to begin serving no later than August 1, 2026.
