Reporting to the Vice President and Dean of the College, the Director of Athletics is responsible for providing visionary leadership for the Athletics Department, fostering a culture in which coaches and staff exemplify and instill the College's core values of sportsmanship, integrity, and personal responsibility in student-athletes, both on the field and in the broader campus community.
